Board Gioc - Detian Falls (Vietnamese: Ban Gioc, Chinese: PuPu Detian, Bǎnyue pubu) are two Waterfalls on the Quay SonRiver (Chinese: Guichun River), straddling the Sino-Vietnameseborder, located in the Karst hills of Daxin County, Guangxi(Chinese side), and in Chongqing District, Cao Bang Province on the Vietnamese side, 272 km (169 mi) north of Hanoi. 
In English, the two falls are Considered as two parts of onewaterfall with the sole name The Gioc. The two parts are gọi as:the main stream (Main waterfall) and extraction side (Subordinatewaterfall). Chinese texts sometimes falls from the Detian cả namefalls on the Chinese side. During the summer rains Waterfallssewing join the two together. 
The waterfall drops 30 meters (98 ft). It is separated into three fallsby rocks and trees, and the thundering effect of the water hittingthe cliffs can be Heard from Afar.
